Download Happiness Foundation (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to delivering your orders in a timely, secure, and reliable manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our practices for delivering physical products purchased through our platforms.

This policy applies to all physical products ordered via:
Store Portal (store.downloadhappiness.in)
Event merchandise purchased through the Happiness House Event Portal
Special campaign products sold through any official Download Happiness Foundation platform
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within India. International shipping may be offered on select products; details will be provided on the product page if applicable.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of high order volumes, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any delays.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Remote Locations: Up to 15 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service availability, weather conditions, and unforeseen delays.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and product weight/size.
Free shipping may be offered on certain promotions or order values, as mentioned on the product page.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment via the courier’s website or our order tracking page.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery will incur additional shipping costs.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
If you notice damage after delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner and offer a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
10. Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept will be refunded (excluding shipping charges) or reshipped at the customer’s expense.
